Bad customer service

I have only had the Rage account a few months so I could build a good credit record, I always pay more than what is required. I don't receive statements, just plain sms's to pay by month end a certain amount and I pay very well. This month I decided to check my statement online after browsing their website looking for that link, when i saw my statement (02/07/2013), same day that i made payment, it said I have an overdue balance which made no sense because their stupid sms said I should pay R157 and I paid R200, it even stated the payments but there is still an overdue balance of R57, I immediately sent them an sms (statement has number 44558 for account enquiries) when i logged out I saw a different number, so decided to send an email instead, this was on 02/07/2013 and I have not heard from them, so today (09/07/2013), I checked to see if this problem was fixed silently only to find that they added an interest of R11.31, their service is bad because I was not assisted with this query and they have the nerve to add interest. I paid 2 R100 since consultant made an error of debiting R100 instead of R200 (speedpoint), so paid another R100 cash, she said the details would be updated
