I purchased a voucher through Groupon thinking this is a fantastic deal. Unfortunately the happenings thereafter hasn't been pleasant.

The voucher has been purchased on the 28th June 2013, whereby it gone through immediately. Proof of payment was even send through, to ensure that all is in good order. Emailed was send on the 29th June 2013, to establish the process and time frame of when voucher will be received. Reply was only received 4 days later, whereby it was stated that it takes 5 days to process.

It is the 09th July 2013 and still no payment has been processed, nor response on emails which has been send through. Contact was made with Groupon's Call Centre, they advised that they can credit my Groupon account and re-purchase has to take place. When I requested for the credit to be done rather on my bank account - cancelling the deal. It was stated that I need to contact the agent who replied 4 days later on my original email. Which was done, before contacting the Call Centre and then thereafter.

Unfortunately no response has been received.
