Justletting has failed to present for the last 2 months proper invoicing for Lights/Water to me. I have called emailed and contacted their head office in attempt to get the appropriate invoice so that payment can be made. On the 30 May 2013 14H42PM i emailed the JUST Property Group & Ronica Peter (Customer Care&Compliance) sent a request via email @15H03PM to [Email Removed] asking to assist, still i have had NO response. on 02 June 2013 @ 9H03AM i again requested feedback WITHOUT response. On 10 June 2013 09H56AM i emailed [Email Removed] for assistance WITHOUT response. on 11 June 2013 I CALLED Almeri @ JUST Letting from Accounts to please send through INVOICE with Proof of payment WITHOUT RESPONSE Still. The ONLY Response received from JUSTLETTING was a random sms stating an amount due on the account for my home address. I HOPE CASTLE KING Investments 1027cc is made AWARE of this as they are the owners of the property.
