22 piece of pots, the pot sizes are wrong

I ordered the 22 piece of pots and on their January catalogue, the pots are shown and they specify the size of each pot so when i recieve my order I open my catalogue to check the sizes if thats what they advertise as in psychical pots. Not all the pots have their sizes written on them but some they have but most of them are wrong sizes, EXAMPLE: from the pots I was supppose to get a 1, 5 litre of casserole and a pan but both of them are just 1 Litres, Luckily both pots are written sizes in side, instead of the 9 Litre pot I recieve 8 Litre, instead of 13, 5 Litre i recieve 12 Litre, mostly are wrong size and i phoned home choice and informed them the same day, they said i must write the affidavit with all that i recieved and fax it to them and i did all that and no one has contacted me yet and when i phoned in the consultants are so rude they insists that the pots are the corret sizes and they said if i'm not happy i must just send the parcel back of which thats no what i want. I want home choice to come and check it and correct it not me
