On 10/6 I ph SP-Africa, pricing heating pads.was told R70 ea Iordered & told 2 mail 2 [Email Removed] hours heard nothing and ph again. Speaking to Bianca Swarts.asking when will they come back to me, for 8 pads. She told me she did not get mail & I send a mail 2 [Email Removed] mailed an appl form to apply for cr, not asking if I wanted to buy on cr I filled the doc's, ph again on 19 June, 9 days after faxing, She told me 2 scan & mail the forms. I asked why? I have faxed them and my CC's personal banking details were then floating in their office? She wasvery rude and told "Ben" the director I was shouting at her. Eventually Carol called me and asked for the doc's again and I gave her my info, she found the docs. A credit check was done & not follwd up with me. I wanted to place the order and all of a suddenprice is R199. Bianca says she never told me the price was R70.I could have gone to the Chinese mall tobuy it for R70.00, but relied on a co with a good reputation, if something went wrong. I'm sitting with 15 cancer ps who want pads. We are making no profit, we want them to have it at cost, some can afford fruit, what more a R199 pad? Bianca made a fool of me & my staff.
