Poor Customer Service - Arrogance

I called in on 15.10.2013 to confirm if Bianca was at since I sent my payment proof for a token number and did not get a response. Normally she responds on time. thanks Bianca.
A guy by the name of Glen answered the phone and told me Bianca is not there I asked him for his email address as I needed a token number. After sending the mail to [Email Removed] I called this number 0860 222 677 and a voice mail reply told me office hours were closed.

How arrogant and inconsiderate is that. Thanks to Glen's laziness to help a desperate customer I slept in the dark with no electricity on 15.10.2013 no, not the municipality, no this is Impact Meter Services - looking after Equestria Estate with a staff member that has no customer care qualities.

Please employ people who can handle diversity or understand other people's languages, if it is a language problem or cultural issue as we cannot afford to have people like Glen servicing the likes of me or else we must be given an option to use the municipality in Equestria Estate. This is not called for. Why did Glen answer the phone or give me his email address, as he failed to give me a token number, I gather this was beyond his ability.
