I have an account with Homechoice and i was retrenched from my work place in January and i contacted home choice and i was told by their consultant to FAX my ID copy and letter of retrenchment and i did several times and every time i do a follow up i m told the documents were not received or they might be lost. and after faxing about 4 times and being told the same thing i email them, through all that being harassed by unprofessional call centers all this months demanding payment after i have explained my situation. I FEEL ABUSED AS CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF the way this has been handled. HOW CAN FAXES Be lost and intractable and even emails get lost? I don't think i will ever buy or encourage any one to buy their goods because the way this issue has been dragged not getting help when i call or not getting proper help from customer service. 3 weeks ago i received a call from Marcello Colins after a long struggle promising to follow up to date no response after sending emails and calling customer service.
