I had a account with Homechoice and Finchoice, I have lost my job in end of February. I supplied Homechoice several times with the letter from my employer and all neccesary documentation that I no longer have a job. They keep on harrasing me regarding payments, I could not yet found a suitable job to pay for food for my childeren and a place for us to stay. Al they say is: Dear Sir/Madam

Kindly be advised that you unfortunately do not qualify for the retrenchment claim form HomeChoice.

Iam 54 years old and can not afford to pay anything without a job. I would like them to stop arresing me, if I had a job I would pay, but we can hardly make a living and it is not my fault.
