CnA took my money

Went to CNA Cresta to make a purchase yesterday @ 17h15. Their system went off after my card purchase was processed but before the till slip was printed (card slip printed). Manager was called said payment probably did not go through. i logged on to my account while he stood there and confirmed payment was made. he assured me that the payment will be reversed in 2 hours and he said that I should put through another payment. I was desperate as I needed the stuff for my kids projected and had no other option. I advised that I stay far away and I need the money, so if it is not reversed he will deliver the payment to me at home. He asked where i stayed and agreed. He gave me his name and number with assurance that it will be sorted in 2 hours. At 14h00 today still no payment. Called and was told he is off till Monday and the manager on duty Pule is out and will call me back. Pule called at 14h30 uninterested in sorting the problem or taking ownership. He eventually undertook to contact Sibusiso and get him to call me back. It is now 00h45 and still no call. CNA you my money and I need it delivered back to me at home as promised by your store manager!!!
