Our Microwave oven that is only 6 months old for one or other reason became apparently to hot and the door linings melted.
I was quite upset because of the possibility of radiation and returned the microwave to Game Mosselbay. Although the normal procedure is that the item be returned to supplier for repairs - in no unsure way I told the floormanager that there is no way that I will accept the product back as I have no quarantee that the save would happened again. After I think discussion with the Manager my money was refunded and I immediately bought a new one again from Game-although as can be expected another make. Thanks Game that is service and I will continue to support you.
