Omo 3KG Special -Bad Service & Attitude

Spar advertised a National Special on a 3Kg Omo bag priced at R39.99 valid from 6 May - 20 May 2013. I frequent the Waterkloof Spar at least three times a week. When I arrived at the Spar, the special was nowhere to be found -this appears to be the case with all Spar specials at this store - they are never displayed. I then pertinently asked a packer were the Omo special is-he told me that they do not have 3Kg bags but that he will get a 2Kg and 1 Kg bag for me. He asked how many bags and I said 5. On my way to the till, a man, the owner, aggressively placed his hand on my trolley and told me to put back 3 bags as I was only allowed to buy 2 bags. I asked him where this is stated and he told me that he can decide how many bags a customer can buy. He was rude and embarrassed me in front of other people. I was flabbergasted as I know most of the till operators and he must have seen me in the store on many occasions. After I was humiliated, he changed his tune and told me that I can buy 5 bags! When I confronted him he told me to "respect his age"? If a store owner does want to be part of a franchise-DONT be! This store owner does not like "specials" and is bad for the SPAR brand.
