I was shocked at the rude service I have received today at Foschini in Ilanga Mall when I wanted to change my surname on my account. I took a copy of my marriage certificate and my ID like I was told last month by one of the ladies working there. This was a problem since I had only my original ID document. The manager them told me he can't help me, he was rude and did not even greet me!!! He refused to apologize for this inconvenience - he could not be bothered to be friendly just like the lady helping me.
After this I paid up my account and wanted to close it but she told me I had to come back on Monday!!! Wow. I will never ever spend my money at Foschini again. So consider my account closed as I will not go back again.
