I just came from foschini at carnival mall where I experienced the worst service ever. The sales lady norah that was suppose to help me was rude and arrogant. She could not take the time to explain some of questions I had. She threw around papers and pens when I was told to fill in some of the paper work needed for a new account. She asked rudely if I was going to buy something, I was not even done answering the questions when she simply just turned around and walked away. I will definitely not let this incident go and I will definitely be calling Foschini head office tomorrow. This might just make me close my account and never set foot in the ridiculous store again.
