Mistake rectified

I ordered a gaming console from cna via their website, to my surprise it was delivered within three days but one of the games that comes with the bundle did not arrive. The amazing part about this story is that it took me only ONE phone call! I spoke to Sipho Mbele, very friendly and patient guy, he told me that he will follow up on my query and get it rectified asap. He phoned me daily to report his progress and just to reassure me that they are working towards a solution. And today (not even a whole week after I reported) I received my delivery!
