I had bought a stove from this branch, 2 weeks later it made some strange sound and now the oven does not work. The stove costs me R500 which is alot for someone not earning much.
I reported this to customer service then was assured it would be sorted, I explained that i dont have the slip but i have the box and there is proof of the purchase on my rewards cards.
It has been a week now where they gave me false hope and now they tell me nothing can be done, so they my money and wasted my time, what is the point o having this hard if they to you and you cant yourself cant see a list of purchases.
I am so so so upset with the service!!!
