Placed an order 19 days ago on-line for few games. Cna is very fast to debit credit card but haven't delivered the games. Today i received a call telling me that are are out of stock and my credit card will be refunded. I thought games were suppose to be delivered between 2-10 working days. Its now gone 13 working days and my balance of games is not delivered. Such a terrible company to deal with and its a joy that i have closed my Edcon account lately. Please sort this matter asap and take responsibility for the unreliable service. Also don't offer goods if orders cant be fulfilled. Please don't phone me with a sad story.
