I ordered a Nintendo 3DS with 2 games (Pokemon x and Pokemon y) from Kalahari, they indicated a 6 day delivery, this was not met because the games were not available. They contacted me eventually to say they will part dispatch my order (not which part), the console arrived, but no games!
1. the console does not come with a charger (not Kalahari's fault, BUT really, a console without any means to charge therefore not any means to play it!!!
2. I called to ask on the progress, spoke to an agent, who looked on the system whilst I was holding, and confirmed that 1 of the games will be dispatch the next day, what relief. I called again after a couple of days to enquire, oh no, nothing was dispatched! this was on the 6th of December, they were going to call me on monday and let me know, well it is the 18th and no phone call and also no money in my account
3. I went to BT games to get a game (they had stock)
I think it is very unprofessional to have my money and not keep me informed about the progress and also not keeping promises made to a child (my son bought the console with his money)
