After numerous calls and repeating my story to a few members of staff I eventually had a very efficient Sipho on the line. The call cut out after 10 minutes and while wondering what now and where to start all over again Sipho kindly called me back. I was astounded and very grateful for her efficiency and friendly personality as well as her help. Thank you Sipho!
