How do I say thank you to the local PnP staff that has become part of my family? To Mr Nick, Elias, Mashishi, Cathy, Letitia, Carol, Elsa, Samantha, Doctor, Hope and all the others I did not mention THANK YOU!
I have never experienced such a "happy store". It is very clear that the staff are all well trained, and more importantly they WANT to be there. The staff, from the cleaners to the packers, go out of their way to be helpful.
I recently discovered (after going through the pay point), that I left my purse at home. The owner told me to take my groceries, and to come pay when I am in the area next. Wow.
Yesterday I wanted a specific cut of meat, and there was none in the fridges. One of the butchers told me to come back in a few minutes as he will have the meat ready for me.
On another occasion one of the staff members phoned me from his private cellphone, to say that he has not forgotten about me, but he was still waiting for a supplier to get back to him, it was at 20.30
I wish PnP Northmead Mall would get a few lessons from Oakfields. They must employ the most unhelpful, rudest staff around, and to add to it all, they never have stock.
There is only 1 PnP!!
