At the counter the Cashier was very slow> She did not know how to contact your Acc dept because they were of line > then another cashier had to take the phone and help her>Then she did not have a pen to sign the paper work. I told her that she was totally not prepared by the cash desk then she packed my bag. When I left the store the alarm went off> All the customers looked and stared at me!!! The security took my bag out of my hand and started to go through it!!! There was still a tag on one of my item which I believe was left there deliberate. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
I feel l going to see a lawyer for defamation of my character as i feel humiliated and the way it was handled!
