Wanted Statement to pay!!!

Good day

I phoned the call centre, to ask them to fax or email me our latest statement.
Firstly the lady refused to fax or email it, said she can give over the phone... Lazy???

Secondly i had to repeat my account nr three time?
Then she said to me that i have a secondary card, and she can't send it to me.

My husband signed for the secondary card, why cant i have a statement if i want to pay the account.
With this he already gave me the consent.

Gheee i want to pay, not use the card.
