I had a bad experience with Zando today. I purchased items on sale saying one price I got the order confirmation from them only to be phoned later and told there was a system error and they cannot sell it to me at that price. Zando said they corrected the error on there system after I order the goods. From what understand is supplier should keep to price sold at to customer. This is 3rd time I have had issue with them was did not complain previous times. So I must just accept this without an apology and practiced speach from two Zando employees about system error. I wonder who else got this excuse today. I will not be purchasing from them again.
