ACCOUNT PAYMENTS

On the 24th of May 2013 I made a payment of R1000 Account Reference: 0035603468403 and since I have been receiving phone calls from various call center agents saying that I have not made payment for the month of May 2013. I requested a fax number to send the proof of payment on the 11th as well as the 12th of June 2013. I was told by the agents that they will update their system. I tried to contact them several times and called again on the 24th June 2013 and was told that their system is down. I even contacted Standardbank to confirm if the payment went through and the assured me that it went through and I was told by the bank that maybe the problem is with their system. They adviced that I should give Bradlows their contact details as well as my ID no. so that they can sort out the matter with them. When the last customer care consultant phoned I explained my frastration and indicated that they should contat my bank and I was assured that they will look at the matter and come back to me. On the 25th of June I made another internet payment of R900 and I am still receiving text messages that I am owing them. I am very frastrated with the matter as it is giving my name a bad record.
