I am extremely disappointed with the aftersales service I am receiving from the @Home Livingspace at the Glen Mall!
I will definitely not be making any purchase from them after this experience, I'm even thinking of cancelling my total purchase valued at R10 000 that I have still not received, I was told that the delivery date of purchased items will be 2 weeks. The stands were supposed to be delivered by the 14th of this month and that has not been the case. The disorganization of the warehouse delivery coordinator and the lack of aftersales followup by the furniture manager is appalling! I cannot believe that once the sale was done was where the lack of interest to their customer's needs and satisfaction ended. The warehouse needs to have a contingency plan should a unit that they have promised to deliver to the customer be faulty, then whatever the contingency plan is should be added to time they promise the delivery date to the customer. If I had known it would take 6 weeks to deliver the items when I was making the purchase, I really would have just looked for the items at another store. My family is completely inconvenienced sharing 1 tv while we wait for the 2 stands!
