I have purchased a room divider/wall unit at one of the branches in Lebowakgomo zone f Limpopo last year before december, on deliver the display class was broken. i have filled the forms that i had to fill for the replacement of the class. i cannot tell you how many times i had followed up this issue up with the sales person JERRY PHALA and his manager Aubrey Ramawa. I have been made look like i am insane going in and out of the branch for a display glass, each time i go there i am told a lame story about how the matter is with the warehouse people.
Now is June, i have not even heard anything from them, i still dont have the display glass. I m just sick with the poor service this branches offers us
