CASHIER CHEATS CUSTOMER or tambo airport

SUNDAY 7 July purchased goods went to pay, cashier asked if I had change as she did not, gave her R2 so that she could give me R20 and10cents back. she didn't give me my 10c back, so I asked where it was. she said "its just 10c" I said it was just my 10c and would she allow me to purchase something if I was 10c short, to which she replied: yes she would". still she did not want to give me my 10c, I told her that she was embarrassing me in front of all the customers, and it was not my problem, she then called the next customer and I told her that she had not finished with me yet, however continued to greet the customer to which I demanded the manager to come through. a man suddenly appears, does not come across as a manager, very stroppy, he says he is though. tell him the story, to which he just says sorry and gets a R2 coin out and places it on the counter, that's it, very unprofessional!! DOES WOOLWORTHS EVEN KNOW THAT HE JUST GIVES THEIR MONEY AWAY LIKE THAT, MAYBE BECAUSE THEY RIP US CONSUMERS OFF WITH OUR 10c THAT THEY DO THAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WOOLWORTHS, I SHOP THERE WEEKLY, AND THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I should not have to beg for my change.
