JDG GROUP'S SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I have settled my 2 accounts that i had with Joshua doore on the 15th May 2013, i spoke to a guy by the name of Calvin Sindeni about my settlements and he asked that i sent through proof of payments which i did. He then told me that he will stop debit orders and make sure im cleared. I called the following week after that just to find out if all is okay and my accounts are settled on their side. He then told me that the one account is settled but the other is still outstanding. Then i forwarded through proof of payments again for him to see that i have paid, then he said he would sort it out, the week after that i sent him an email again asking if its sorted, he didnt reply to my emails, i then called in and was advised by one of the consultants that he only sees that i paid R200 on the account that shows still outstanding. I again sent through proof of payments to [Email Removed] for them to sort it out, i received an sms with a reference number saying they will look into it. Up to this day nobody has returned to me to tell me if all is sorted, JDG's service is s$$$ and i will never advise anyone to buy from them. Sort my acc out and send me a settlement letter.
