If one go to a store to buy, is it so wrong to be treated with respect??? How can one not greet a client, Just ask, do you want bags? this was totaly rude. After seeing that a item was not priced right I informed the cashier and without even saying a thing to me she called to the supervisior. After that point I was boiling, just due to the fact that the cashier did not even greet or spoke anything just asked for bags? Is that the service that Pick n Pay are giving??? While talking to the supervisior the cashier was still gosipping about me, after the supervisior asked her to please stop it, only then she stoped. I was so upset that I just walked out of there.
The Highveld Mall Pick n Pay's Cashiers has no manners at all on how to treat a client. Just sitting back chewing on chappies and not speaking a word, sometimes you must inform them that you would like to have a bag. One would walk in to the shop and walk out without getting greeded or talked to at all.
Where are the CUSTOMER SERVICE???
I will never go and do shopping there, because I dont feel welcome at all. And that will be my reply to any person asking for my meaning.
