I bought an Iriver Cover Story e-book early in 2011from [URL Removed] I returned it to them due to the e-book that frozes. I was informed that it is out of warranty and the supplier don't have the item any more. How can they sell an item and just pull up their shoulders and say sorry we can't help any more. I had it for two years and now can't use it any more. I will never buy any product from them any more. Rather support a company that will help.
