I "bought" an accounting book for my studies on [URL Removed] on the 3rd of January 2013. After waiting for 3 weeks, I got a call from a lady from their call centre advising me that the book I had bought was out of stock, she went further to advise me that if I am willing to wait another 4 weeks, they might try and find me a copy, HALLO! Their website shows that the item is in stock and yet nothing is available. They first get your money then and only then do they try and source the item. I am not buying this book to decorate my bookshelf, I have assignments due at the end of February, which clearly means that I will not get the book in good time to submit my first assignment. I am now left feeling like I am not organised, week 4 in the semester and I still dont have my material, what a joke.
