I bought a defy make microwave at Russels well when it still was Russels its now Johua Door, the microwave is very expensive and this make can do all but I seem to only have used it for warming up food last year still under warranty the microwave keeps shooting blue sparks ok fine send to Russels they send to Defy now not even a few months past their the microwave goes in blue spark moad just great get the call from J door call out fee is R400 and the rest for repair will be added I guess this is how its done now I am sitting with a great blady exspensive broken microwave and can't use it I am very dissapointed that u buy a good thing and its hardley used and breaks how does that work I am very dissapointed that my profile couldn't even get sorted out on the system Guess I can throw away the thing and buy a 299 one that will last for many years very very upset that the costs of fixing this will run to almost a grand in total U must be joking me. I will never again buy at these store or the defy make.
