The 7/06 I did my nails was assisted by a friendly young lady do not recall her name she battled for 3 hours she told me that the gel was to thick I asked her if her manager knew and she said yes I decided to leave without finishing I went back on the 21/06 as I entered the store the manager came to the staff member and asked if I had complained the prev week and I responded no I left due to time constaints she told the staff member tha they are a professional franchise and that she wants a meeting with her when I leave she insulted the girl so much that once again she couldnt do my nails and asked one of the other staff, she came and also couldnt help when the 3rd girl said its the gel that was to thick therefor they were battling, I spoke to the manager and also asked her not to speak to her staff like that in front of clients this woman went all nuts on me telling me how she pays their salaries and I shud just leave she drew money out of her personal acc jst to get me out told me I come in there and use up their products and time one of the clients got up and wanted to go said that it was to un professional I'm disguisted she does nt belong in retail...
