No feedback or response on a query

Below is part of an email I sent to [Email Removed] 3 days ago with no feedback or reply:

Dear Gamiedah, (the person who replied to prev mail)

I received an email on 3 Oct - see attached - from the Clicks Online Team with my Club Card Points earned and seeing that nothing had changed since before 20 July I went back to my Clicks branch were the supervisor printed all the purchases I had made since 20 July.

On 2 Sept I wrote you the following:

"On Monday 4 Aug I checked my Club Card statement for C C points for period 16 May - 15 Aug and then already it was R373.29, the same as it is standing now at today's date for the period from 16 Aug - 15 Nov. I also made a purchase of R59.90 during the week of 19 - 23 Aug."

I also noticed that the card number and name is incorrect - see attached - and that is probably why my purchases don't reflect.

I have also attached:

1. All the purchases made since 20 July up to 4 Oct.
2. A copy of my ID, my card number and unredeemed vouchers.

And this is the reason I questioned my purchases according to my Club Card Statement and the reason why I wanted to know if there was anyway that I could check my purchases made.
