Worst Shopping Experience, Management Challenge

Bought 1kg tub plain yogurt at Pick a pay on the 18/06/2013. Opened it on the 23rd and guess what, as off as could be due to yogurt being dated for somewhere in the 5th month..awfully bad service. Was there last night to pick up a few things and there was a lady promoting R10 off coupon for Omo auto 2kg. I had 2 packs and placed it on the counter and at the same time handed my coupons to the cashier, who never greeted or acknowledged me. I had my little one with me and also had to watch the packer who was over packing my bags to tearing point whilst having a private conversation with the cashier. When I arrived at home I had 1 bag of Omo (only one rung up) and the coupon was never redeemed. Heaven knows what happened to the other bag of washing powder. The service at that branch is totally horrendous, staff non-attentive and always engaged in their own discussion. You are never greeted, nobody has real knowledge of the store layout as they start searching with you if you inquire about products, no etiquette is displayed when talking to or dealing with customers and the attitudes are to die for. Where are the regional managers..Urgent attention required as I am not the only one...
