No refund on double billing

On 23 June 2012, at 13:43, I visited my son in Rustenburg and bought a few things at the Woolwoorths food. I bought goods for R318, 69. The cashier used my credit card, said the transaction did not go through the first time and swiped it again.

Thirty minutes later two smses came through. I went back to the lady and she said it would automatically be set right by Woolworths.

We came home (I live in Klerksdorp) and I later checked my bank statement when it came and saw the amount went off twice. I went to our Woolworths in Klerksdorp and enquired about the situation and the lady also said it would be set right automatically.

In September 2012, I went to the Klerksdorp branch again, showed them my smses, my tillslip and gave them bank statements of 3 months to show it was not paid back. They made copies of everything to send to head office. They took my detail to phone me back - nothing up to now.

I honestly hope you can help me to get my money back? I Know it wasn't a lot of money but as a pensioner it means quite a lot to me.
