How do you justify your prices?

I purchased a pack of rechargeable batteries from Builders express for R170.00. My family and I then popped into our local Woolworths where the exact same product was R40 cheaper. Builders Express you have had my support all these years, and I can understand slight difference in price, but R40 on one product. You disgust me. Highway.
