Bad service unhappy client still waiting response

I bought the Mercedes couch set at house & home LAST YEAR NOVEMBER then m three sweater got a whole in it then they exchange it this year MARCH WITHOUT SCOTCH GUARDING IT because the manager told me she FORGOT ABOUT THE SCOTCH GUARD but she will let them come and do it on the MONDAY MORNING so I'm still waiting for them to come and my two sweater is also broken so they told me they can't do anything about it I'm blurrie FEDUP WITH THIS BAD BAD BAD SERVICE THE COUCHES ARE SO EXPENSIVE AND THE SERVICE YOU GET IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
