We paid almost 20 000 for your Giant couch, On the 20 Sept we received it SECOND HAND with food in the couch as well as black pen, black stains all over the couch, not scotch guarded which we paid for, your driver who delivered the couch even asked if the couch we got is a loaned one. I couldn't actually believe what I was hearing. I then called Keith, salesman from Stone Ridge who is so useless, assured me it was supposed to be brand new and then also asking if we want the new one on his floor, which person in their right mind tells a customer who spent a fortune to take one from his floor. I DID NOT PAY FOR A SECOND HAND COUCH! I am now sitting with your 'LOANED' second hand couch and still waiting for my BRAND NEW COUCHES! Not one person from Rochester has even bothered to keep us informed about our couches. I am the one who has to keep phoning you people cause your service is non existent. Even if our couches were to come this weekend, it would never make up for your shocking service. Service is supposed to be first class in any company, your service cannot even be rated!
