I recently purchased a sleeper couch from coricaft in Woodmead and picked it up towards the end of December 2012.When I got home and removed the packaging, I saw that the quality was terrible. The material wasn't tight over the cushions and on the arm rests.
And I decided to test the scotch guard and pour water over it, I noticed that it was not like the scotch guard samples they have in their store. The water was supposed to just roll off and not soak into the fabric.
I went to the store to lay a complaint (mid January) and I am still waiting to be contacted.
Is this the type of service customers should expect from Coricraft?
