When I first opened my Edgars account I said to the lady who helped me I want to be on the 6 month plan in order to avoid paying the 21% interest. She said it's fine, but when I received my fist bill from Edgars it clearly stated on my bill that I am on the 12 month interest plan and I was charged interest. I phoned the customer care line and asked for this to be fixed and they said it will be, however it is more than half a year later and I am still on the 12 month interest plan. This is pathetic and completely unacceptable. You can not advertise to have a account 6 months interest free if you refuse to put costumers on the 6 month plan! I demand that my account be fixed and that you stop charging me interest for the 12 month plan because I have clearly said, TWICE, that I want to be on the 6 month plan! What the is going on??? Fix this immediatly
