On 07/06/2013 I found that my account was changed from a 6 months account to a 12 month plan without my knowledge I contacted the call centre and advised the consultant Bongani that on 15.04.2013 a purchase was made at a merchant and that it was billed to my account on a 12 month plan and that I never had a 12 month plan account in the past. I was informed that the account was rectified and that all the interest occured will be refunded. I email a request to [Email Removed] adressing the changed to my account from 6 months to 12 months without my concent and including my statements on 02.07.2013 Brenda Matshidze responded requesting account no... my account statements were attached in the original mail, that I responded to her the same day, I am still waiting for feeback. This morning I received my email statement only to find that I am still billed on a 12 month interest bearing account on 21% interest. Untill date I have been billed with R121.98 which I want with immediate effect credited to my account and my account changed back to a 6 months account. I had never in the past received such bad service for Edgars
