I have been contacting pharmaceutical companies trying to obtain Questran Lite for my husband, as a last resort I thought to contact Clicks. I was not expecting a prompt response, if any at all. I have received responses from various companies telling me that they are unable to help or the only way to obtain the meds is with a script from either an Australian registered doctor or and EU registered doctor, neither option possible for us as we are here in SA not in Australia nor the UK. So we hit a wall each and every time.
The response I received from Clicks was astounding. My message was passed to someone who could help me, I was not told that there was nothing they could do for me. These people went out of their to look for someone who could at least point me in the right direction.
I am most appreciative of their help and feel that these people deserve 5 stars for their service. And Clicks management should be proud of these exemplary staff members.
