Bad Attitude leads to Damaged Goods

I have been a loyal customer of Checkers at Willowbridge for years and drive the extra kilometres to shop at Checkers when a Pick n Pay is less that 5 mins from my home. Loyal to the point where I recommend this particular branch to friends and family, use the eezi coupons regularly and spend a great deal of money at this branch. However, on Monday, I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from one of the employees. At my till point, there had not been a packer and a supervisor (Rene Williams) had stepped in to pack my groceries. I was really impressed by this but this was shortlived as she began just throwing things into packet. Detergents with food and cans on cheese etc. A packer eventually took over and I said, "thank goodness because she was going to damage my goods". The cashier said to me "well she's a supervisor". I retorted that I don't care if she owns Checkers, her attitude was inappropriate and led to my goods, which I paid my hard earned money for, being damaged. When I returned home, I discovered that my eggs were cracked, cheese damaged because of the heavy cans on them. Detergents had been packed with meat. I am just thoroughly disappointed & disgusted
