Dear HP,
I took my HP Pavillion DV7 in for repairs after the hard drive crashed on your "top-of-the range" laptop and I have been waiting a week just for a quote to replace the hard drive and your staff keep telling me it's not their problem as their supplier is taking time. They said it could be repaired in 48hours, well a week later and not even a quote. Last time I buy HP's for my business. Dell serviced my last set of laptops within 24 hours at my place of business.
Poor service and attitude that came from the store in Sandton.
