On two occasions (both on Sundays), items were advertised at a particular price. When the item was brought to the till, a different price (which was higher) was registered. This was brought to the attention of the responsible people. They displayed a total disregard for the situation and did not see the need to apologise. Furthermore, the refund took an unnecessary amount of time.
On a separate occasion, I had purchased an mp3 player that was advertised. It took 5 minutes to locate someone to assist me in that department. Thereafter, I couldn't pay for the item at the cash till designated for multimedia purchases as the teller was 'gone on tea'. When I eventually paid for my purchase at the common till points, it took another 15 minutes to locate the salesperson that had my product. While I was waiting for my item, the phone was constantly ringing at the multimedia desk yet the group of 4 female assistants congregated around the desk were ignoring it and deigned not to answer.
From these three incidents, I have concluded that the service at this particular Game is pathetic to say the least.
