After selecting my items to purchase I proceeded to the till. There no other customers and only one till was open. There were two ladies at the counter. The lady at the till spent about 5 min replacing the roll of paper for her till. During this time she did not look at me once or acknowledge my presence by greeting. I placed my items on the counter and passed the time by browsing the shelves by the till. When the lady had finished replacing the paper she rudely asked if the stuff on the till was mine. I replied yes and she started ringing up the items. One item did not have a price or bar code. I pointed out that none of the stock on the shelf had a sticker on. I had seen the item in another part of the shop so I quickly ran to check the price but it also had no sticker. When I returned to the till the lady was busy on the computer, I assume she was looking for the item on the system. She did not look at me or talk to me. After a while the lady left without looking at me or saying a word. I waited for a while for her to return, I got tired of waiting and left after telling the second lady at the till that I was leaving and leaving behind all the items I planned to purchase.
