A week ago I called your 0800 number regarding the fresh juice that went off and was full of gas, was promised a call back the very next day which never happened.
Today I went one of your stores and could not be allowed to use a rain cheque that I got from one of your other stores even when I was once helped at the same shop using a different rain cheque.
Got home and called your 0800, put on hold and they get to connect me with the store manager who tells me the same story but the the other issue is not addressed even when I mentioned it. Tried calling again but was on hold for a long time til I dropped.
Why was I not called by the ruimsig store to tell me the stock is available and why does it not state on the rain cheque that it must be used at the same store that issued it?
