Charged twice for purchase

On the 24/05/2013, i went into your sandton city store to purchase perfume for my wife... i paid for the item with my cheque card. the transaction went through and received confirmation from my bank via sms. the lady then stated that a tax invoice did not print and she has to process the payment again. I then advised that the payment went off my account and showed her proof but she insisted that the refund will automatically be processed on their side. not to my surprise, this never happened. on the 07/06/2013, i went to the store as well as called the customer call centre and both promised me that on the 11/06/2013 the refund will be processed and that they will contact me to confirm but to no avail. this is totally shocking service!!!
