An item was purchased on Friday, 15 February 2013 and the payment was processed on Monday, 18 February 2013 and we were advised that should we be unhappy with the purchase, the item could be returned.
The item did not fit properly and was returned on Wednesday, 27 February 2013.
Thursday, 7 March 2013 we called Mary-Anne to establish what has happened to the refund and she advised that she would look into it and revert; this did not happen!
Mary-Anne was called again on Monday, 11 March 2013, (twice) where she advised that the refund would be available in two days.
We will advise our friends of this type of service and that they should not purchase items from this company.
