Double charged for one transaction!!

Hi Edgars,

I made a purchase at Sandton branch on 2nd March at Red carpet sale. the lady processing my purchase had forgotten to process my voucher. A Manger/supervisor was then called to assist me. He returned all the items on the system and refunded me the purchase price and rescanned the entire purchase and processed my voucher. He showed me on the slip and it reflected what he did (i.e. all purchased items were returned & gave me another slip for my purchases with the voucher discount).

My problem is, when I checked my March statement, I was charged TWICE for the above mentioned transaction!!! Since when did Edgars started charging DOUBLE/TWICE for ONE transaction?! and I KNOW FOR A FACT that I am NOT the ONLY person who got double charged!!! I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Please get this fixed soon!!!
